american netflix status error in canada?

i've tried many codes to get american netflix in canada and only one seems to work (88.80 etc...) and it will load me up to american netflix but every american title i wanna play ill get a status error x-7111.... saying that its preventing playback why does it do this and is there any codes you know that might get me through

i live in ontario btw if that helps and the 190.14.36.90 code doesn't work for me anymore

also do the next gen consoles make it harder to access american netflix
