How to cancel the Graze box??!??!?

Question

I ordered my box to come last wednesday (as i wanted it just for that day to try it) and my sister cancelled it for me last friday. But now it's come again today!? How do i cancel it properly ---> on my profile page "My deliveries" under weekly boxes, it says "you dont currently have any weekly boxes" so does this mean it is cancelled? Perhaps last time i cancelled it too late so it came again this week? My dad is mad at me for falling for it and wasting my money, so i need to cancel it quick! please tell me if this is cancelled permanently? thanks

You have to contact customer support. If you have records of you trying to cancel, then thats all you need and they can help you, otherwise you cant now.
