I have a cd-r disc that does not specifically say music or audio but it DOES say up to 80 minutes of audio. If I burn the music to it will it play in a standard radio?

So long as you make a CD-Audio disc in your burning program or media software, yes any CD-R will most likely play on reasonably modern CD players.

The CDs that specifically say Audio are made for standalone CD recorders, which will not accept computer CD-Rs. The Audio type CDs will record/play on computer drives though.

Yes, as long as you use a burner program that gives you the option to make an "audio CD." The music CD-R discs are for stand alone CD recorders.

There ought to correctly be a large determination of motives. both you probably did not finalize the CD, the CD is scratched, or it is also a chance that your CD participant isn't waiting to ascertain that Make of CD's. It used to take position alot a pair years in the past the position particular makes of CD's (e.g. Verbatim, Maxwell, Kodak, and so on.) weren't waiting to be examine through some CD gamers with the aid of colour (high quality) of the disk. Kodak is frequently the perfect wager (in my experience) in case you want to be particular your CD's play in maximum CD gamers
