I'm so spoiled now, I cannot stand to have to watch a commercial at a friends house. We time-shift EVERYTHING we watch. What did we ever do without it??

I can't.

When I listen to the radio or watch a DVD, I hate that there is no "skip back a few seconds" button to replay a moment of dialog that you want to hear again.

The kids are spoiled. They only understand the concept of "on demand" viewing of shows. Which is good because the kids never watch shows like "Yu Gi Oh!" or "Puffy Ami Yumi" or other tripe. We control what they watch and they are quite happy with it. They only downside is that they always expect TV to work on demand and don't understand why they can't watch a particular show.

Channel surfing is a thing of the past in our house.

I'm chomping at the bit waiting for the new TiVo Series 3 HDTV DVR to come out this year so I can boot the Comcast DVR out of our house.

I'm doing without it until later this year, when it becomes available with my digital service.
