Your Dish receiver does not appear to be online. Make sure your home has high-speed Internet access that is functioning properly and that your Dish receiver is connected to the Internet. If this problem persists the following steps may help resolve it:

1. Reset receiver network connection – On your TV remote control, go to Menu/ Settings/ Network Setup/ Broadband/ Reset connection

2. Unplug your Dish receiver’s power cable for 10 seconds, then plug it back in

3. Unplug your internet router for 10 seconds, then plug it back in
This is what I get now after upgrading. Can anyone help? I hate calling up dish.

Nicely copied instructions. You didn't tell us what the problem is, and since we have no idea what the make and model of the TV is, or what Dish receiver you have, how do you expect any help. Call Dish.

You hate calling up dish? Nobody else can fix your problem and they aren't going to call you. Pick up the phone.

Hi Lori, my name is Kimberly and I form part of the Social Media Department with DISH. It is a pleasure to help you today. Since you did mention the word 'upgrading' in your post, I am assuming you have upgraded to the Hopper system, is this correct? If so, how is the receiver connected to the Internet? Is the receiver wireless connected or directly connected via Ethernet cable? Do you have any Joeys? Are the Joeys also experiencing the issue? Please substitute current receiver/device with another device

1.1) Test connectivity using another computer, laptop, or phone other than

the one currently being used

If substituted device's connectivity works and issue is resolved, Enable bridging on Hopper, to do this please press Menu] > Settings > Network Setup > Broadband > Network Details > Bridging

1.3) In the "Bridging" field, select "Enable"

1.4) Select "Save"

If the issue persists please reset your Router (if one is being used) Feel free to reach us directly at: 1800-333-3474, through Facebook at: https://www.facebook.com/DISH, or me directly at: kimberly.escobar@dish.com for further assistance.

That is illegal. What you want to do to get Dishnetwork properly and legal, is to get a Dishnet system and subscription. If you want help stealing TV, you have to take it to another forum which allows such discussion.
